LEED/FSC Roundtable Event

How would you like to make your next LEED project go a bit smoother on the administrative side?

We are currently planning our next meeting for the first quarter of the new year. The topic will be LEED and FSC project submittals with Architects and Contractors. This valuable event should be attended by your Project Managers or Administrative Support Staff who have to work through the submittal process on LEED building projects. AWI Sustainable Resources Committee member and longtime student of the green building game "Margaret Fisher" has agreed to come and help facilitate this roundtable   discussion for us.

The idea is for everyone to bring their daily challenges to the table and share ideas on how this sometimes grueling process best gets accomplished.

Margaret has requested that you submit your most typical challenges ahead of time. This way she can bring along the proper materials and resources to share. Please forward this email to the person(s) in your organization who handle LEED/FSC paperwork and have them send their list of issues to 'Elizabeth DiFiore' (AWI - ESC Chapter Secretary) awi.empirestate@gmail.com by the close of business on Friday January 10th. Also, feel free to call David Lock with any questions at 716-818-1904.

We look forward to hearing from you!
