-Details from
the presentation regarded increasing efficiency in the office and on the shop
floor, looking at the problem like a customer to find weak points in the system
and bettering communication between employees of all levels.

David offered his email and company site for more
information on going lean in the office. He used Conley Caseworks as a
successful example, provided pictures of how the Conley crew was able to
implement the new practices and stats on how they have profited from it.
